Share life assistance
Abstract
The purpose of this proyect is to discuss problems arising out or agreements on assistance unions to share life (uniones convivenciales asistenciales). The discussion will drive us to draft rules and to indentify principles governing that category of agreements, taking into consideration public policy principles. At the present time, sharng life in argentina may respond to different reasons. People may choose to share life, or may be compelled to share life, with other people in order to assist each other with or without sexual attraction and even absent of "romantic love" as sociology has defined it. Our purpose is to analize those problems, discussing the convenience of drafting rules on liberty, validity of agreements and principles governing social security of people dharing life, including law on sucessions. In addition, we will discuss on rights on housing, food assistance, health care and pension rights.
