Abstract
The main objective of this research is contributing to the clarification of the profile of the type of jugde who is actually forming in Argentina, in relation to the recognition, provision and enlargement of rights. For this reason, different activities will be carried out, from which it is important to emphasize: the description and comparison of syllabus from judicial schools and postgraduate courses destinated to the formation of judges; the analysis of the social representations of the main characters and its relationship with a society that requires answers for the demands of equality.
