1. Participant modality

1.1) Available resources:

Students will be given access to the School Virtual Platform where they will be provided with:

  • The classes schedule;
  • Bibliography and Suggested Reading for each class;
  • The classes’ videos in audiovisual format. This videos will be uploaded according to the classes’ schedule and remain available until the end of the course so that students have the opportunity to organize their class schedules;
  • A virtual forum, where the student can exchange opinions with an assigned tutor to his class and his classmates;

1.2) Examination

1.2.1. The exam:

At the end of the course the student will be required to complete an exam (multiple choice or true or false) to evaluate the contents imparted in the classes. The instructions to carry out the evaluation will be published in the Virtual Campus before the end of the course. The tests must be sent to the CCO administration before the established date. If the student fails to meet the deadline, one (1) point of the score will be deducted for every two (2) days of delay.

1.2.2. Grades:

To pass the exam, the student must obtain a grade equal to or greater than 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. Students who obtain grades less than five with 9/10 points (5,9) will not pass so they will not receive the corresponding certificates of the Diploma.

1.3. Cost:

The course costs AR$5.000.

Students or Graduated of the Faculty of Law (UBA) has a discount, the final cost of the course is AR$4.000.


2) Research modality

2.1) Available resources

Students will be given access to the School Virtual Platform where they will be provided with:

  • The classes schedule;

2.2) Examination

2.2.1. The exam

At the end of the course the student will be required to complete an exam (multiple choice or true or false) to evaluate the contents imparted in the classes. The instructions to carry out the evaluation will be published in the Virtual Campus before the end of the course. The tests must be sent to the CCO administration before the established date. If the student fails to meet the deadline, one (1) point of the score will be deducted for every two (2) days of delay.

2.2.2. Research assignments

  • Once the course has concluded, the student will have one consecutive (1) month to submit to the CCO Coordination two (2) abstracts of two (2) research assignments related to the contents of course.
  • In response to a well-founded request from the student, the CCO Coordination may grant a one-time extension of one (1) month for the submission of abstracts. Only in exceptional cases extensions of longer periods based on merit will be granted. The abstracts will be assigned, by the CCO Coordination, to a research tutor for its correction.
  • Once the corrections of the research tutor have been received, the student will have two (2) consecutive months, from the delivery date of each feedback, to send their work to the CCO Coordination.
    Upon the student's well-founded request, the Coordination of the CCO may grant a one-time extension of two (2) consecutive months for the presentation of the final works. Only in exceptional cases will it be granted extensions of longer periods but it won’t exceed the delivery dates established for a later edition of the same Diploma.
  • The research tutor will evaluate and grade the assignments (fail, pass, or outstanding). The research tutor may also make recommendations to the students, in order to make corrections to their work, before the final grading. In the latter and if considered appropriate, the research tutor may grant the student an extension of up to one (1) month to make the indicated corrections.
  • The CCO Coordination will publish in the Virtual Campus the instructions to prepare the research work before the end of the course.

2.2.3. Grades

In order to pass the exam the student must obtain a grade equal to or greater than 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. Those who score less than five with 9/10 points (5,9) won’t receive any kind of certificate.

To obtain a certificate in the "research modality" the student must have passed the exam and the two (2) research works. Otherwise the student will receive a certificate in the participant modality.

The student shall be deemed to have obtained an outstanding grade whenever his two (2) works were evaluated with such grade and his evaluation had a grade equal or superior to eight (8) points.

2.3. Cost

The course costs AR$10.000.

Students or Graduated of the Faculty of Law (UBA) has a discount, the final cost of the course is AR$8.000.
