This two-month term course will be devoted to the comparative analysis of the differences between the Anglo-American Law System and the Roman Law System. Oral process v. written process. Advantages and disadvantages. During the course students will analyze documents written in Plain Language that illustrate each step of the process.

 Discussion of their importance and their connection with criminal law and criminal procedure. Due Process of Law. Miranda Warnings Indictment. Fair Trial. Protection
