» Communicative rationality and democracy

Sumary

The present work aims to show the relevance of communicative rationality in the foundings of modern democratic states. Three theoretical models (Rawls, Nino and Habermas) are briefly presented and compared, in order to grasp the originality and advantges of "communicative rationality" based models, such as Habermas.
