» THE RELATED PARENT FIGURE IN THE REFORMATION PROJECTED: EXCEEDED THE LACK OF INSTITUTIONAL GUIDELINES THAT DETERMINE THEIR ACTIONS?

Sumary

The "blended families" as ways of organizing and structuring new family ties constitute real social change since the passage of the divorce law in our country. They have their own characteristics and, in turn, have a particular dynamic, different from the traditional family. Currently, lack of specific legislation regulating its functions in effect, establishing their rights and roles. In this work we address the institutional guidelines that determine the actions of the parent related to the Reform Project Civil and Commercial Code, responsibilities and rights proposed by the new order. From a legal standpoint and social, is to make a brief analysis of the rules that respond to current loopholes
