Sumary
In line with this new stage of human development there is an accelerating trend towards digitization and computerization of all, private, economic, social, educational and commercial public activities. Digitization, defined as the mass adoption of digital services, is shown as a dynamic element that facilitates job creation and faster growth.
The role of the state court has not been spared of this phenomenon.
The Supreme Court of Argentina has been adopting a series of instruments aimed at “despapelizacion” the Judiciary and the implementation of electronic record. So: electronic notices, electronic power, digital plan management of pension cases and recently regulated the use of videoconferencing in cases pending in courts, tribunals and chambers oral appeals, national and federal Judicial Branch nation through Accord 20/2013 of July 2, 2013.
