Sumary
In this paper, we will analyze the existing legal tools to mitigate the environmental problems caused by urban development without sustainable planning. To do this, we will establish a relationship between urban development on the coast of the province of Buenos Aires and the environmental problems suffered by the coastal cities.
For methodological analysis, we will divide this work into two parts. First, we are going to define the coast of the province of Buenos Aires for their physical and geographical features. We will develop major coastal origins and define them through scientific studies, and also the major environmental problems that arise from an overgrowth of coastal areas. In the second part of the work, we will analyze the legal rules of the province of Buenos Aires applicable to urban development, contained in environmental law as well as in the urban one. Finally, we will make a final thought. |
