Sumary

This essay is about the issue of the relation between right-justice, putting in discussion two thinkers whom also represents two different trends: Rawls and Derrida. I´m going to analyze the possible reviews of Rawls thinking regarding to this topic (that also can be handled as a critique of the constructivism thinking which is endorsed by Rawls), from the desconstructivism perspective, utilizing Derrida as the voice of this thinking.
