Sumary
The next work will try to make an analisys of the Latin American general situation, tracing some of
the most relevant happenings of yesterday, and today, to be in right conditions to project a
possible tomorrow. It puts a paralell in the study of the main multilateral organisms, with the
finality of discriminate those instructed by the economic classic doctrine, of those based in the
shared identity that form a common essence for the Latin American people. Also, it teaches about
the success and failures of each integrationist program, their implicances in concrete decisions,
and, between other signatures, the theme of the open regionalism in front of the actual
Globalization phenomenon. |
