Sumary
Mexico inaugurated the twenty-first century with political and social challenges, one is the
recognize of different federal tools that allow citizens to express their legal and institutional
opinion about public affairs and government actions, that is to say, the implementation of the
citizen participation. This text analyzes the current state of México in relation with the laws
about citizen participation, as well as an appraisal of the benefits its federal implementation,
with the purpose to sustain the viability and the opportunity to consider legislative changes that
allow citizen participation as a indispensable condition in democratic systems, plurals and
inclusive. |
